I have decided to INCLUDE a washer and dryer. They are located in the unfinished basement. The kitchen has all the standard appliances included: built-in dishwasher, range-oven, built-in microwave and a refrigerator. I've changed out the microwave to a black GE Spacemaker. The garage is a single car, detached, with an opener.
I will not allow pets or smoking for any amount of money. I keep getting calls describing how cute cats can be and how friendly a 90 pound black lab can be. I'm sure that's all true, but I still won't allow pets. This unit is my personal residence and has never been a rental.
