This four bedroom home is one of the best that you will find if you are a student in Greeley. I am currently a UNC student and it is ideal, but as I hope to travel during the next year, one bedroom will be available.

Rent is $260 per month, but that includes water and trash service. Thus, the only bills other than rent that will have to be paid are cable and internet, heat, and energy. I have lived here 3 months and thus far the highest energy bill has been $15 a person. The same is true of cable and internet, and heat has not been above $6 per person (though that may be because of the season). Depending on the time of year, total expenses should not tally more than $320.

The neighborhood is a great place to be. It is a five minute walk to both UNC's central and west campuses. The neighbors are all very friendly. There will be three roommates in the house (one girl and two guys), all of whom are easy to get along with. We do have two kittens; anyone who is interested in the room is not obligated to pay costs for them.

The lease which would be taken over lasts until May 15th, 2009, with option of resigning or living month to month at that point. If you have any questions or you would like to come take a look at the place, shoot me an email at Ryan3970@aol.com. My name is Ryan Dunn, so you know who you are addressing.
