Roommate needed to share a 2-bdr, 2-bth apt in the Pinecone Apts. located at Timberline and Vermont Dr, non-smoking preferred. The rent for the unit is $825.00. You would pay half of that - $412.50 plus half of the utilities. Pet rent is $10.00 (one pet dog or cat only).
The kitchen and living room are furnished, your bedroom is not. There is room for more furniture if needed - I'm very flexible on changing the decor.
