If any person is looking for a roommate and Tyler Custer attempts to rent from you do not let him. He rented from me and walked out on the lease. He currently owes me more than a thousand dollars and has been unreachable and rather childish about the whole matter. I would STRONGLY recommend to pass on this person unless a sizable down payment is received.
