A little more about me and my dog: You will be sharing the house with me (a 27 year-old female veterinary student) and my 9 year old golden retriever. Terrell lies around the house most of the time but he would love to play a game of Frisbee and be loved by you. I love pets (of course!), but my HOA will not allow any more. Since I do own the house, I like to keep it clean. I am done with the partying phase but will meet up with friends once in a while at the Rio for a margarita or at the breweries. I also L-O-V-E to ski and snowboard and am addicted to Dancing with the Stars and the Office (I know, how dorkey!). I don’t smoke ANYTHING. If you are a chill girl or guy looking for a cute, quiet, and friendly place to come home to at the end of the day, this is the place for you! Here is a little about me. I go to Front Range Community College here in FoCo and a very laid back person. I have two cats, both have amazing, and entertaining personalities! I am serious about my studies, however I like to go out and have fun. I don't throw parties at my place just because I've always found it better to not have to clean up after everyone. I go to bed fairly early, usually around 10 or so because I have class at 8. I don't really care to drink that often either, but have no issues with those who do. I am 420 friendly and really like to relax and enjoy the people around me.

The other roommates you would be living with are all pretty chill and four twenty friendly. There are 3 guys, 4 girls, and medium sized dog that rarely barks and is almost always kept in the owners room. The house tends to be kept clean, as we like it best that way. We will occasionally have people over on the weekends, but usually go other places to party.

The lease goes through May 2010. Rent is $300.00 each month plus gas and electric which usually ends up being another $20.00 per person. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, with a nature/wildlife park area that starts on the other side of the street, complete with walking/running trails.

    What we are looking for...
    We are looking for a responsible, clean, quiet roommate. Having people over is of course okay, but no parties please. We have two cats and want to stop there; there isn't any smoking in the house but we do have a garage. There is no lease to sign, just the first month's rent of $450, and a $450 deposit. We can figure something out with the deposit if need be, you will also be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities which includes internet and cable, and usually amounts to around $90 a month. If you move in this month, your share of utilities won't be due until they come around again, at the beginning of the next month.
