Hi there. I'm moving up fr. Denver to start a masters program this Fall at CSU. I'm a 34 yr old professional female, laid back (at least, I think I am :o)...) and spend a lot of time outdoors and studying. Social and introspective so can be chatty as well as very quiet. Like dogs and cats, just not smelly or really hairy or vocal ones :o). I keep a clean home and am happy gardening.
I'm looking for a shared housing situation with another female (no males, sorry...no matter how wonderful you are, living with a female or married couple is the only thing I'm interested in at the moment) who shares the same beliefs, is easy-going and enjoys a happy, peaceful home. Or, a place to myself. Really looking for a sunny place. A deck would be great and Old Town even better, but I'm also down with something on the West side near the foothills for quicker access to outdoor rec or even City Park. Will consider everything within a few miles of CSU that is bright, clean and comfy. Hi-speed wifi for my school and business is essential so I'll need to have that installed if it is not already. A/C preferred.
I should mention, I need some space for 2 bicycles, small motorcycle, 2 snowboards and backpacking gear. It fits snuggly in a small space, but obviously isn't going in the living room, so just need to mention the need for a storage area. Can't be in Colorado and not play!
