This elliptical machine works just fine. Is a little squeaky if you move quickly on it, but could probably be dampened with some WD-40. The computer isn't working at the moment, think the battery wore out.

Since elliptical machines run $150-$1000 this might be a good place to start, to see if you like them, and will use it a lot, before spending far more on a newer machine.

I like using it, but we're moving, so need to get rid of non-essentials. Very light for a machine, easy to push around room on carpet.

How does it work

The Power Plate produces a vibration through which energy is transferred from the platform to the body. By standing on the Power Plate you will notice how your body automatically adjusts to the vibrations.
