The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, so no noise from above. Utilities that are included: gas, water, cable. Not included: electric (runs about $10/month) & internet (I have DSL, but sometimes you can pick up free wireless). Coin-op laundry on-site. Cats are ok, but this isn't a very ideal place for a dog... so no dogs.

There are stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, hardwood in the kitchen and living room, tile in the bathroom, and new carpet in the bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the apt and a dishwasher. Rent is 550 a month including utilities other than heat and gas (the apt is usually 565 amonth including utilites).
