The gear ratio on this bicycle is perfect for in town riding, you do not spin out on the flats, it does give ya a little bit of a workout on the steeper hills, but it is an extremely fun bicycle to ride.
Very easy to ride, single speed... just hop on and pedal to where you want to go.
The more you ride a single speed bicycle, the better your fitness level becomes.
I love riding a single speed bicycle... they are GREAT Winter bicycles. (Very simple so you do not have to worry about derailleurs freezing up on Wintery slushy commutes.)
Great bicycle for a college student to ride around campus, or a high schooler to get to school or their job.
Great bicycle to commute on to work, just an all around fun bicycle.
