2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5i 5-speed Manual(!!!) $8,500 obo

I'm buying a new vehicle, so I'm sellin' this guy. 100% clean title, accident-free, no check engine light or codes present. I bought this vehicle @ 76k miles w/existing clutch issues, which that has since been replaced. I can provide the inspection report Christian Brother's Windsor did @ 90k miles if requested. Drives well, pulls to the right though, see below. No play in the gears, shifts smoothly. OEM radio is dead, but I will include a free uninstalled radio w/the car. I bought it to replace the OEM radio a while ago, but... never got around to it :)

Issues:
-The power steering pump will squeal when making really tight turns: I.e. pulling into/out of a parking space.
-Issues with the following components: passenger side ball joint, control arm bushing, sway bar end links, axle seal shaft. Pulls to the right, but no issues with grip otherwise. Traction control is great, tires are about 6.5/10, brakes are about 7/10 (low rears), tire pressure light is indefinitely on.
-This vehicle was side-swiped on the right side while parked (damage is on the front right fender, pretty minor). No mechanical damage, just cosmetic. They never left their insurance. Lame.
-Christian Brother's inspection saw oil on the block/gaskets, and marked it on the report. After speaking with them about it, they clarified that they couldn't actually find any tears/cracks/warping of the head gaskets or block. They didn't find any codes or other issues indicating a head gasket failure or anything of that kind either. In my time of owning this car, I've never once seen it burn oil, have coolant in the oil, etc. Never had anybody doing my oil changes say anything about the oil quality either.
-One more silly one -- the hood latch won't lock down all the way, probably just needs a cleaning?

This car is 50k+ miles under the average mileage for this year & well-cared for, as it has been used primarily for intracity driving. New clutch, new radio, well-kept interior, no mods, no accidents, clean title, repairs are needed.
