Executive Chef
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience Location: Estes Park, Colorado
Our historic property has been a local fixture for over 100 years. With full service year-round amenities, our hotel sits on over 160 acres with many activities offered for our guests. A minimum of 3-4 years current Full Service or Upscale Casual Executive Chef experience
Previous Executive Chef background with high volume (over $3m per year) Full Service Restaurants
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to teach proper food preparation, presentation, and cooking methods to our cooks
Knowledge of health & safety regulations, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented Hourly employees
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
