The roof is split into two separate adjustable sections, so you can open or close each half independently depending on how much sun or shade you want in different areas.
I would like to keep it (and will if I don't get a fair offer), but I had back surgery a few weeks ago and can’t safely work on it for months. Looking for a quick, clean removal and priced accordingly. It's assembled with legs removed.
Originally paid $1,600 earlier this year.
Repairs: Needs new leg plates which go for around $40-80 at Lowes/Home Depot and can be installed into the legs. Also, one leg connection needs be bent back. Would do myself, but post surgery restrictions prevent it (picture attached).
