This storage faculty has raised the rent every 6 months , it started at $69.50 and I'm paying over $200 a month now, so I have a lot of things I'm getting rid of, leather semi sectional couch, (red Italian leather) kitchen everything, China dish sets, office supplies, purses shelving so many things, I will meet you at my unit and we'll go thru i it together.. (I do have items that I'm keeping)..... most everything else is up for grabs, i don't have much guy stuff - i don't have any power tools, but if you you're moving into a first time situation this is perfect for you.... I've literally got most of what you'll need, wall deco. I've paid $1000's dollars to store this stuff. It's not junk, I just can't afford to keep this unit
