I have 11 Hunter Douglas Valances of various sizes. Each valance comes with 2 returns (side end pieces) and 2 plastic return connectors. Each valance is $5. $45 for all. I also have the magnetic valance clips, if needed for $5 per pair. Valances are a composite material, white in color, and can be easily cut to size, if needed.
