Milkman Beef Company has F1 Wagyu steers available. Processing date is set for the end of May, pickup your beef mid June. All our beef is raised on our farm with feed we produce or source from local farmers. Steers are finished on a cracked corn diet with no hormones or antibiotics.
Our price includes all processing fees and is based on hanging weight. The steers are processed at a USDA inspected facility where you can choose your own cuts.
$8/lb for a whole
$8.25/lb for half
$8.50/lb for quarter
