MANITOU MLT 633Ls, 121 HP with Torque Converter
We went through this winter and made this little beast ready for
the season!
• Changed the coolant with heavy duty extended life red coolant, a new thermostat, new heater core valve and replaced the seals
• Changed the transmission oil and filter, and checked the
magnet on the plug (which didn't have any metal on it!)
• New gears, bearings, seals and a shaft in the angle gear box.
(And of course, new oil)
• Replaced the A/C compressor, expansion valve, receiver driver, belt and every seal on the A/C unit (All new parts)
• Recharged the A/C unit and cleaned all the ductwork
• Put in a new double V-belt for the cooling fan engine and
replaced the crankshaft seal
• Changed the engine oil and filter
• Replaced the fuel tank with a new level indicator because the old one leaked a little and replaced the fuel filter
• A new boot for the joystick
• New front windshield
• Painted the bottom of the cab
• Checked all the fuses
• Replaced all the gas cylinders for the rear windshield and hood.
• Has a new Interstate battery with new terminal clamps.
