Selling a Bowflex Max M5 trainer - stepper - home fitness exercise machine. Excellent Condition!!! Smooth and quiet. Excellent workout with motivating feedback screen with heart rate, calories burned, burn rate, rpm's, etc... Computer controlled variable resistance with many different types of workouts to choose from. This is a very popular machine and they still make them. Retail was about $1,200.00. Lots of cool features in a compact size (small footprint!!).
