2008 Deere 310SJ Loader Backhoe 4x4 enclosed cab with heat, AC, stereo, pilot controls, extenda-hoe, high visibility lighting(front,sides,rear) package, 92” loader bucket with new cutting edge, 24” HD backhoe bucket with paddle teeth (90%), quick coupler, large tire package (new tires front and rear) new operator seat.
Bought tractor 10 years back to do foundation and utilities on new shop and kept it around for chores and snow removal (best snow tractor ever 4x4 heat tunes great visuals) has block heater and cold start kit (never used either) full fluids and filters @ 7000 hours and 1 oil change since (7250hrs) .
GREAT RANCH TRACTOR ALWAYS MAINTAINED AND KEPT CLEAN 2 OWNER.
Always stored in shop when not in use by me I’ve put less than 500 hours in 10 years so I’m downsizing and this can go. Great shape.
You can go to auctions every where and snag these a little cheaper but you pay buyer premiums and tax and have no idea what condition their in until you own it and a lot of those tractors are at auctions for that reason.
No fear here and ready to go to work today.
