You must be an experienced cleaner with your own transportation and supplies.
It can be just you or your team.
This is an Independent Contractor position (1099), not an employee position (W2).
Quality is important so you must have attention to detail.
You have to be able to pass a background check.
$20/hour/person for all hours worked.
