We are immediately hiring a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on your performance and work ethic.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Dig, lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50–75 lbs)
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
