Job Duties
Install residential landscapes from the ground up, including grading, soil preparation, and site cleanup
Install sod, seed, mulch, decorative rock, and landscape edging
Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and other landscape materials
Assist with irrigation system installation, including pipe, sprinkler heads, valves, and controllers
Build landscape features such as retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and garden beds
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
Load, unload, and transport landscape materials and equipment to job sites
Read and follow landscape plans and directions from crew leaders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other construction and landscaping duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license
Must be able to work well as part of a team
