The original head box (cabinet) is gone. The amp resides in a new period correct replica head box made by Sour Mash Guitar Cabinets.
It's an ultimate player amp with a few stock things changed. The serial number is 03697M and is on both the chassis and the back panel.
Some notes:
The previous owner added a tube driven effects loop. It sounds incredible and is necessary if you want to run time based effects using the preamp from the amplifier.
The original Drake output transformer has been replaced with a Magic Parts TF-178.
The Drake 1202-324 power transformer and Drake 1471-263 choke are original.
The filter capacitors and bias capacitors have been changed for reliability.
Tubes are JJ ECC83S and JJ EL34.
