We are looking for a self-motivated person to join our team. We are looking for someone who can handle the day to day office duties and assist the Owner and Office Manager. We need a go getter who is dependable, creative, willing to learn, and will put in the effort.

This is starting as a part-time position, increasing to full time in the end of May/beginning of June.
Starting pay will depend on experience. With reviews and raises periodically.
Requirements to apply for this job:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe
Must be a self-starter; willing to take initiative to learn new material
Must be creative
Be able to evaluate needs and be creative in finding and implementing solutions
Experience in Accounts Payable
Be able to Google questions and then implement what you learn into solutions to problems
Ability and willingness to learn new software and skills to fill new needs in the office
Ability to work without supervision, closely with another individual, or in a team setting
Attention to details – check forms for mathematical errors to ensure accuracy
Minor IT work: trouble shoot problems, install/uninstall software, setup computers for new users, defrag hard drives, etc.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems
Maintain scheduling and event calendars
Order and dispense supplies
Job costing, including reconciling receipts with statements
General office cleaning
Maintain employee files and obtain necessary information and forms
Track incoming invoices and bills, track due dates, and make payments when necessary
Track vehicle registration, insurance and other information
Monitor electric time clock, create the weekly report, and submit to payroll firm
Assist with office file management
Manage website through Squarespace
Send E-blasts through a 3rd party site
Gather information, compare with other options, and present options to management
