General Summary: This position answers the phones and directs the calls to the appropriate recipients; assist all visitors; receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail; upkeeps office inventory; keeps front office, conference room, and kitchen clean and in order; data entry; office file maintenance; and helps with any other task or project as assigned.
