- Provides all animal care, feed, and daily upkeep
- This is a self‑care arrangement only — no full‑care services provided

- Livestock must be covered under renter’s own policy if applicable
- Low-impact use -access is through my yard so vehicle trips should be limited to twice monthly, foot access can be more frequent
- No hazardous materials, no living in vehicles, no commercial traffic
- No activities prohibited by my insurance are allowed on the property, including welding, open flames, or any activity that produces fumes, vapors, or involves hazardous chemicals.
