The position of Parts Clerk requires an individual who exemplifies an innate ability to create an experience with our customer that you would want to feel and have if you were our customer. The ability to not only provide what they come in for but also add to that experience as well. And also, be proficient and efficient with the entire process from start to finish in our parts department here at TGORV

In business for over 15 years, we have built our locally owned business one customer at a time, and by creating a truly special place for our team to call home. After moving to West Greeley in the summer of 2020, we now call our brand new, 15-acre RV Supercenter home! This new location offers the opportunity to work in a custom-built, premier facility located only 6 short miles from I-25.

Key Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Parts Manager

• Reflect the fun, unique culture and environment of our company
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and oversee parts sales processes from start to finish with retail customers as well as work order parts.
• Inventory
• All parts received are to be entered into dealer management system as soon as they are received by our Receiving Specialist.
• Presentation of our store is a daily effort.
• MOTOTV is to be updated daily/weekly with new promotions designated by GM and Store Manager.
• Receive payment from retail customers and obtain credit authorization, ensuring all information is correctly entered into dealer management system.
• Ensure all customers being ran through out retail system have had proper information collected form them to be accurately enter them into our IDS system to ensure proper communication on all platforms can be obtained.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of the RV Part industry in preferred
• Knowledge of balancing a cash drawer
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mobility is required
• IDS knowledge is a plus
