This house is lovely! With a window in every room, it is bright and full of sunlight. It’s in great condition, has new windows, great floors, and decent appliances. House is furnished but the bedroom is not.
The room available is the largest in the house. The third bedroom used as a guest room/office space/storage. There is a one-car garage for storage. We get one driveway spot and there is always street parking available.
I have lived here for four years and love it. The location is ideal - walking distance to Spring Park and the Spring Creek Trail, and close to both College and Prospect for convenience. The neighbors are wonderful.
Rent is $925 per person per month and utilities range from $60-100 a month. Current lease runs through June and it is likely I will re-sign for another year.
