Selling our Beaver Monterey after one trip — it’s an incredibly well-built coach, but it’s more RV than we need. If you know Beavers, you already know the craftsmanship: solid cabinetry, Roadmaster ride, Aqua-Hot heat, and the reliable CAT/Allison combo.

Condition / Transparency (please read):
I want buyers to know exactly what they’re getting — no surprises.
*Rear passenger leveling jack assembly is bent. All replacement parts are already in hand. Air leveling works perfectly (previous owner used air-only).
*Roof is solid with no leaks, but the paint is peeling on the front and rear fiberglass caps.
*Slides function without issue, but there was wood broken under the bedroom slide. It has been repaired using PlusRoc RV underbelly material + waterproof flex belly tape.
*Fully winterized for the season.
*Aqua-Hot heats properly.
*Generator fires up and runs smoothly.
*Typical cosmetic wear for a 2003, but overall very clean and solid.
Why selling: Bought in September, took one long trip, realized it’s more RV than fits our travel style. Sometimes you don't know what you want until you have the thing you THOUGHT you wanted.
Price reflects age, condition, and the known issues listed above. No surprises.
Located in Colorado.
No trades. No help selling. If this post is up, it’s available.
