Sublease for January 2020 needed (The Cottages of Fort Collins)

I need someone to take over my lease starting January 2020 until August 2020. My room is at the Cottages of Fort Collins. My roommates are very outgoing and friendly and one of them has a dog. There's a resort style pool, study rooms, tanning beds, sauna's, steam rooms and even a dog park. My roommates are all girls and are clean and responsible. I work in the office at the complex so you are welcome to come in and chat with me anytime.
