Our telephone salespeople are the 'face' of our company. As such you need to be able to qualify and attract a high number of the right customers, keep them happy, and keep them coming back (along with all of their friends).
You must explain the complexities of the car shipping process clearly and simply while being accurate in your pricing and easily available to your customers in your role as the customer's partner and advisor.
Your Daily Tasks
You will be placing and taking calls (as well as emails and texts) from people who want to ship their cars.
You will work 25-50 fresh leads every day, along with staying on top of other prospects (so you will be on the phone ALL DAY, this job will keep you VERY BUSY)
You will be walking people through the difficult process of how to ship their car safely, and helping them realize that we are the best company for their needs.
You will need to listen to them and find out what they need, what their top concerns are, and explain our service in a friendly and trustworthy way.
A lot of the people who call will be frustrated and you will need to listen to them, understand their problems and sort everything out for them.
You can close a high percentage of the 100-200 people you will speak with each week
You do not need to be managed or motivated
You use good judgment and resolve issues without assistance
You get a ton of positive feedback and never get negative reviews from customers as a result your interactions
You LOVE talking to people on the phone and are a pleasure to talk to
You have the grit and tenacity to effectively handle a high volume of prospects without leaving anyone out
You get sh*t done. When something needs to be handled, you don't wait for instruction manuals, you're smart and capable enough to take the appropriate action.
You're a Team Player. You understand that a rising tide lifts all boats.
You are honest, empathetic, reliable, and transparent in all you do. When your friends need something, they come to you.
You can explain complex situations simply and clearly
You're customer service oriented and always go the extra mile rather than relying on others
You have excellent references from all your past employers. (And we always call them for all new hires)
Straight Commission, 25% of your sales, paid every Friday. You'll be given everything you need to average $90,000 annually like the rest of our team - our top salespeople earn over $100,000. (We'll expect you to perform at the top)
Medical/Dental stipend up to $500/month
5 paid sick days each year
1 week paid vacation every year available after 1 year of employment.
