RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous sales experience required. Previous automotive sales experience a plus
Proven track record of employment stability and success.
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
Strong sales closing ability & ethical business practices
Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills, follow up skills, motivational skills and organizational skills
Strong ambition and work ethic to do what is necessary to be the best
Ability and desire to deliver world class customer service
Relationship sales skills that promote long term client retention.
Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License and ability to be licensed and bonded in the State of Colorado for Auto Sales
Must be willing to submit a background check and drug screen prior to employment. We are a drug free workplace
