Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, driven Customer Service Representative to join our sales support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who reach out by phone or through our website. Your job is to respond quickly, build rapport, and guide leads through the early stages of the buying process — connecting them with the right salesperson at the right time.
No motorcycle or automotive experience? No problem. If you are a people person with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency, we will train you on everything thing else.
Responsibilities
• Answer all inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
• Respond to internet leads within 10–15 minutes of receipt
• Follow up with leads throughout the sales process via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate lead notes and activity logs in the CRM system
• Coordinate handoffs between customers and sales team members
• Meet daily and weekly lead response and follow-up targets
Qualifications
Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
• Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred (not required):
• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales
• Familiarity with dealership CRM tools (e.g., Dealer Socket, VinSolutions)
• Experience in a Business Development Center (BDC) role
