Spavia Day Spa is seeking a full-time Lead Guest Advisor to join our Foothills Mall team. Needs to be a sales person extraordinaire! Commission is made on product and membership sales for additional incentive. We have a realistic monthly membership sales quota and you are awarded additionally if you exceed your goal. If you are great at sales it is easy to add $4 or more to your hourly rate just with commission.
Two years plus of supervisory experience required. At least an associates degree preferred. Spa industry experience preferred.
At least one weekend day and ability to do 1-2 closes a week is mandatory.
Exceptional customer service is also a big part of the job. Must be outgoing, naturally friendly to people, reliable, good at multi-tasking and switching gears to check people in, check people out, do laundry and folding, fill in the lockers and retreat rooms as well as sales. Must be a person who is good at jumping in and not someone who it timid to try new things.
Detail oriented projects, supervising up to 5 people and coordinating other teams as well. Needs to problem solve well on their feet and be able to say no in a very nice way when needed. Be able to handle escalated issues well and solve complex account issues.

Base pay rate will depend on how many years of sales and customer service experience you have. At least two years of sales/customer service experience required.
Potential for advancement to an Assistant Manager Position after a year.
-Mac experience or MindBody experience a plus.
