Spavia Day Spa is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Foothills Mall team. Required working days are: Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
-The amount made per service depends on the years of experience of the therapist. We pay on a tiered scale so that you get paid more for a deep tissue versus a relaxation massage, etc.
-We offer AFLAC benefits for employees, such as an accident and injury plan, cancer plan, hospital plans, online $25 doctor consultations, dental and short-term disability. Discounts through AFLAC for vision and prescriptions.
-100% of tips are yours.
-We offer a 35% discount on all skin care products and home spa boutique items to employees.
-We also give awards based upon requests received for your services monthly.
-Deeply discounted massages, facials and body treatments to employees as well. If working 4 days or more a week, one of the massages is comped.
-You can have two treatments a month as an employee. One is comped.
What we are looking for:
-MUST be fully licensed in the State of Colorado, with valid liability insurance.
- Weekends will be required, as well as Mondays.
-Passion for excellent client care.
-Long term employees.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Authenticity and emotional intelligence in and out of the massage room.
-Strict accordance to professional massage code of ethics.
-As an employee, all taxes are deducted and paid for you so you are not an independent contractor.
-Spavia handles all scheduling, supplies, client payments, marketing, business cards, ordering, and so that all you have to do is perform massage and not worry about any stressful details.
