This is a great fly tying desk top workstation!
This is sold at Cabelas/BassPro and other shops for $129.00. I have links to them at the bottom. It is made by the Fly Furniture company (itsflyfurniture.com).
This is the larger Sr. model.
It is used and has a red stain on the right arm, it is missing one of the clear rubber feet, and has some scratches on the white bottom panel. (see photos)
