Looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 bed house from December 28th until the end of July. Rent is $420 with utilities varying from $30-$90 a month.
Room in basement with shared bathroom with one person
Roommates are quiet and keep to themselves.
I'm the only one who uses the basement common area so you would likely have that to yourself as well.
One space in detached garage is available.
One cat allowed as there is already one on the lease.
