I have a private room and bathroom available at the Stadium Apartments! The apartment currently has three other females living in it- all super friendly, clean, responsible, and love to cook! Has a balcony that faces the stadium, comes fully furnished, and includes great amenities. Washer and dryer are in unit, and two fridges are in unit as well. Lease is short term, so you won't be stuck with summer rent if you're looking to go home, however it is negotiable if you'd like to rent through July. Hoping to have someone move in late December. Parking is not included but can be added on to lease agreement.
