Unfortunately, I am relinquishing my lease in order to move home due to medical issues within my family. On the bright side, that means a wonderful housing opportunity for a potential male subleaser in the Fort Collins area. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, the floorplan for which can be seen at the following link. The rent price is a rough estimate of the monthly total, including utilities.

The complex has many wonderful commodities, including a gym, a shuttle that taxis residents to CSU's campus, plenty of parking, a computer lab, and...well there is a lot here, like any complex. Just check it out on their site. I have not been wanting for anything since moving into the complex and really enjoy it here. Further, my roommate is wonderful. He is incredibly courteous, pulls more than his weight when it comes to cleaning, and he will go out of his way to help you and hangout, so long as you're similarly friendly. I know that isn't a point about the physical unit, but I have had some awful roommate situations, and this roommate has been a pleasure to live with.

The lease is currently paid through the end of November, but you can move in sooner than that if you are so inclined. Additionally, the room is unfurnished, but I have a new dresser, bookshelf, mattress, and box spring which I can include at no added cost. The mattress and boxspring were purchased at the end of August, and I have only spent about a month since then sleeping on it with a 4 inch mattress pad atop it... so they haven't been exposed to any human contact since they were put in and are incredibly clean.
