Windows 11 installed and activated. All Windows updates and drivers installed, laptop is ready to use.
Laptop includes two batteries which were tested by playing videos full screen at 1080p. Played for 1 hour and 5 minutes, battery meter still showed 3 hours and 23 minutes remaining. The second battery is brand new, played 1 hour and 8 minutes battery meter still showed 3 hours and 45 minutes remaining.
It is best to use one battery at a time. If both batteries are attached at the same time, you hear what is called “coil whine”. This is common with Dell laptops that have two battery slots. The coil whine doesn’t damage anything, but can be annoying!
Power adapter is included.
The keyboard is backlit and is currently set on green. Color can be changed to white, blue, red, etc.)
