We are looking for a semi-skilled carpenter to assist on high-end residential new builds and remodels.
The ideal candidate would be someone well-rounded in Framing and Trim Carpentry but a specialist in either area is not required.
The general role involves assisting the Project Manager/Superintendent with various on-site tasks and needs. The willingness to perform demolition and cleanup is a must, with the ability to perform more skilled tasks that don’t fall directly into other subcontractors scope of work.
Attention to detail, ability to identify unsafe conditions, unsatisfactory cleanliness, or potential for damage to finished products and capacity to address these needs independently is required. If you see something, say something or handle it is the goal.
Clean driving record, personal hand tools and reliable transportation required.
Work is generally around the Fort Collins area.
Pay $20-30/hr depending on qualifications. Someone with the potential for increased responsibilities will receive training in Project Management and has the ability to be promoted.
