Are you a proven leader with strong electrical construction experience? We're looking for an experienced **Electrical Foreman** to lead crews, maintain high safety standards, and deliver quality work on commercial and industrial projects.

What You'll Do:
* Lead and supervise electrical crews on active job sites.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
* Plan daily work assignments and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
* Install conduit, cable tray, electrical equipment, grounding systems, and temporary power.
* Terminate wiring for breakers, control panels, distribution equipment, and other electrical systems.
* Perform electrical testing, inspections, and troubleshooting.
* Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
* Coordinate daily activities to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
* Mentor and train apprentices and crew members.
* Maintain accurate reports and communicate project progress with management.
What We're Looking For:
ā Strong leadership and crew management experience
ā Commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience
ā Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings
ā Knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and job site safety
ā Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, equipment installation, and terminations
ā Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
ā Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
ā High School Diploma or GED
ā Must be able to work independently and lead by example
