We're looking for an experienced **Electrical Project Manager** to lead large-scale industrial electrical projects from start to finish. If you have a strong background in electrical construction, leadership, budgeting, and client relations, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
* Manage industrial electrical projects from kickoff through completion.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, labor, and material procurement.
* Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
* Develop layout drawings, material lists, and purchase orders.
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
* Attend pre-construction meetings, project planning sessions, and site walks.
* Ensure all electrical and instrumentation installations meet company standards, OSHA requirements, and applicable codes.
* Provide regular project updates to Operations Management.
* Successfully manage multiple projects when required.
Qualifications:
✅ Industrial electrical and instrumentation project management experience
✅ Experience managing projects valued between **$5M–$10M+**
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical and construction drawings
✅ Experience with scheduling, manpower loading, budgeting, material management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
✅ Journeyman Electrician License in **North Carolina** or a state with reciprocity
✅ Willing and able to travel as project needs require
✅ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
