This is a professionally engineered, custom build, 36 foot long by 9.5 feet wide tiny house trailer. We custom ordered this trailer from Tiny House Basic and had it shipped up from Texas.
Main deck is 30 feet long with a 6 foot platform over the goose neck.

Deck design to accommodate plumbing, electrical wires and insulation for your build. Just needs steel plates.
3, 7000 lb axles. Brand new tires.
Was originally purchased to build our own home, but we never started on the project.
