I got this from someone who had it on a small camper trailer -- but they took it off because it wasn't enough of a weight rating.
So, anyway, I'm not going to be able to do anything with it.
The hubs seem smooth with no issue.
The brakes are probably a lost cause.
The angle mounting brackets are 1/4" material.
Quality unit.

- -That's what is stamped on the tag.
Wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface measures approximately 65.5"
Center hole to center hole of the mounting brackets is approximately 51"
