Stored inside on garage when not in use for the last 4 years
Condition:
- Leak Free and Rain proof
- Primary Canvas in great condition minus small amount of discoloring and grease stains (no mold/water damage)
- Logos are sun baked, with some paint discoloration. Previous owners had stored outside
- Brand new highway speed rated, 10 ply trailer tires
- Working Plumbing, including shower and toilet
- 35 gal water tank is leak free
- Power lift system fully functional, recently greased this year
- 1 year old LiPo Battery, easily able to power lift system. Works optimally with included solar system
- Gas appliances including outdoor BBQ works great
Extra Features:
- Solar system. Panel, charge controller, wiring. Easily able to keep LiPo battery fully charged. (Not roof mounted, on a stand with a external cable hookup)
- Shower, indoor and outdoor, and toilet.
- Included outdoor BBQ with gas tap that allows you to use camper's propane
- Single slide out which creates a ton of extra space
- fully enclose waterproof front storage
Non working items:
- Fridge's propane cooler. Electric works but take a while to cool down. Pop-up fridges are generally pretty weak, we use coolers with great success
- Fridge's latch. Should be an easy fix, we still store items in there during travel and have not had issues with items spilling out, stay closed when parked
- Awning needs a pole replacement
This has been great camper for our family. We got it as it's light weight allowed our SUV to tow it, as well as its collapsed size allowed us to store it in the garage. We are now moving onto a larger camper to grow with our growing boys.
Collapsed it's 19"2' front to back, if you are also planning on storing in garage, let me know and I can confirm with manual measurement, but it fits great in our standard single family home garage.
