Project Manager – Earthwork & Utility Construction
We are a growing company looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our earthwork and utility contracting team.
Manage multiple earthwork and underground utility projects from start to finish
Coordinate submittals, materials, change orders and assist with pay applications, project schedules and budgets.
Assist foremen with plans, and specifications.
Communicate with clients, inspectors, engineers, and field teams to keep projects moving smoothly
Track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in construction project management (earthwork, excavation, or utilities preferred)
Strong understanding of grading, trenching, and underground systems (water, sewer, storm)
Ability to read plans, specs, and manage takeoffs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable problem solving.
